This comprehensive office base build project showcased our expertise in creating efficient, comfortable commercial workspaces from the ground up. We designed and installed a state-of-the-art heat recovery ventilation system that maximizes energy efficiency while maintaining superior air quality throughout the building. The scope included a complete common area HVAC fit-out, ensuring tenant comfort in lobbies, corridors, and shared spaces, as well as BMS-controlled ventilation systems in all bathroom areas for optimal air management and compliance. Working closely with the construction team, we delivered this complex installation within a tight 6-month turnaround, meeting all deadlines without compromising on quality or performance standards.
