Advanced Water-Sourced Climate System

This sophisticated installation demonstrates our capability in delivering cutting-edge sustainable HVAC solutions for commercial facilities. The project centered around a water-sourced heating and cooling system utilizing high-efficiency heat pumps and chillers, all seamlessly integrated with a comprehensive Building Management System for intelligent climate control. We incorporated Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) technology controlled by CO₂ sensors, ensuring indoor air quality is automatically maintained at optimal levels while minimizing energy consumption. The phased approach allowed the facility to remain partially operational throughout construction, with the entire system commissioned and fully operational within an 18-month period across two carefully coordinated stages.
